Bowling for the Vision Impaired
Vison Austrailia has joined forces with the Sylvania Bowling Club and the Gymea Neighbourhood Aid to encourage people with impaired vision to get out and get bowling. Members of the Bowling Club have given up many hours of there time to be trained in how to be vision-impaired directors, learning about different vison impairments and also how to guide individuals around the greens.
Vision impaired bowls is free and is played fortnightly at the Sylvania Bowling Club, 10am to noon.
